Private Thai boxing lessons give you the opportunity to really hone your skills and technique and get a complete workout. Great for complete beginners to get a one-to-one introduction to the sport, before starting beginners classes, or for experienced fighters to sharpen their skills.
A private lesson will consist of pad work, drill combinations, and a breakdown of technique work by our expert trainers. The Double K team can also cater for weight loss, cardio and dietary programmes.
Available for groups of 1-4 students and suitable for adults and kids of all ages from 5+.
Private lessons are available to book 7 days week.

Miss Fitness - Ladies only - All Levels
This class is an all round cardio workout, with approximately 20 minutes warm up and then pad work. Partnered up you will work on punches, knees and kicks, general fitness. The class is taken by Miss Fitness – Kerry Burt and is a ladies only class.
