This class is an all round cardio workout, with approximately 20 minutes warm up and then pad work. Partnered up you will work on punches, knees and kicks, general fitness. The class is taken by Miss Fitness – Kerry Burt and is a ladies only class.
- Cardio warm up
- Pad work – punches and kicks
- Bring gloves, boxing wraps and leg pads if you own some – we also have plenty available to use in the gym
- All training is bare foot or in boxing boots, no outdoor shoes on training mats
- Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes early
